All courses start at 09.30 each morning.  You are free to arrive from 9.15am onwards for a cuppa. 

Classes finish at 5pm

Please note -  There are NO BUSES to Cuckoo Lane on the weekends. You will need to make sure you can get here by staying within walking distance or by ensuring you book a taxi.  Please do not try to save money by staying further away if you do not have a car.  It is a false economy.  Check the directions page for all details

Fitting and Foundations

Beginners Corsetry Course

  2. Your favourite sewing tools (optional)
  3. Notepad and pen - important
Please do not bring fashion fabric - it will not be used.


Sewing machines are supplied but you are welcome to bring your own.


This is an intense course.  You need to be reasonably quick at cutting and stitching.  The class finishes at 5.00pm prompt on Sunday.



Advanced Corsetry Course

  2. Cotton fabric for the lining 
  3. Bias binding 
  4. Measuring tape and ruler
  5. Sharp scissors or rotary cutters (with mat)
  6. Thread to match your fabric

  8. Your favourite sewing tools
